1. How can I get my points after I purchase?

We will send your purchased points to your E-mail which was used in PAYPAL.

2. Why did I receive is a new account, rather than 24-bit code?

The points we sold is not a physical, but the corresponding points with a new PSN account, you can use the points in the new account to download PSN STORE games, then play with your own account.

3. Can you put the points in my own account?

Yes, but you must provide your own PSN STORE account. You could fill the "add special instructions to business" with your own account information(include sign in E-mail and Password) when you pay in the PAYPAL OR Email us, please change your password as soon as possible after you checked.

4. Why can’t I login the account which there are points within it?

The account we sell is PSN STORE promotional account, there is an expiry date. So, we suggest you calculate the points that the game need clearly before you buy the account. When you receive the account, we suggest that you'd better run out the points in 3 days.

5. How long I can receive my purchased points?

Within 12 hours after you purchased the points, we will send the account to your email .For special reasons, no more than 24 hours.
